Supermarket misleading consumption

In April 2016, Mr.Lee from Chancheng District Foshan bought a computer bag and a trolley that the a logo printed on the "SWISSWIN" combination in a large supermarket. And then one of his friendly who know more about the bags told him that he bought a fake Swiss brand bag.

So Mr. Li log on the State Trademark Office website, he shocked: "SWISSWIN" brand was registered trademark application by a company in Fujian, and it was a trademark declared invalid. Mr Lee realized that it is subject to fraud, sue this supermarket to court, claiming the price of 3 times that of goods total RMB2394.

Recently, Foshan Chancheng District People 's Court of First Instance ruling in support of Lee' s request for compensation.

So, we suggest the buyer know more about the bag before make a dicsion.
